    Deputy Planning Director Joey Adams-Raczkowski presented a request from Gary Barrett representing Apex Combat and Fitness for Commercial Appearance Review approval for construction of a new 1,050 sq. ft. detached commercial accessory structure (carport) on the east side of the building. The structure will be 35' x 30' x 12' high, made with all metal materials in a beige/tan color matching existing siding, with enclosed sides facing the rear lot line and gravel parking area. The building will be elevated to allow existing tree line to provide screening, with no additional lighting planned.
