Commercial Appearance Review: Apex Combat and Fitness
Deputy Planning Director Joey Adams-Raczkowski presented a request from Gary Barrett representing Apex Combat and Fitness for Commercial Appearance Review approval for construction of a new 1,050 sq. ft. detached commercial accessory structure (carport) on the east side of the building. The structure will be 35' x 30' x 12' high, made with all metal materials in a beige/tan color matching existing siding, with enclosed sides facing the rear lot line and gravel parking area.
